Read through these and someone .... anyone ..... explain to me how the Gilbert Police Department could not have known they had a problem? Gilbert Police Department, please explain to me why you continue to approve of Officer Chad Wright's behavior?
This guy is out of control and continues to victimize the public just by being a police officer. Certainly the above news stories would jeopardize the public's trust in Officer Wright and the Gilbert Police Department.
